Pork Pixel designed and launched SET + STIR’s premium five-page website for private bartending, custom cocktails, weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings in San Antonio and surrounding communities. It pairs a polished digital front door with dedicated service paths, practical planning information, and a structured route to inquiry.
The challenge
SET + STIR needed a website that felt as considered as the private bartending, custom cocktails, and hospitality it presents for weddings, private gatherings, and corporate events. The digital experience needed to establish the atmosphere quickly while still helping a host understand how planning, service, and next steps fit together.
The brief was not to make the brand louder. It was to create a credible, polished front door for distinct event intents and guide an interested visitor toward a more useful event inquiry. The site had to carry both sides of the decision: the tone of the gathering and the practical details behind it.
A website that sets the tone
The visual direction pairs burgundy, brass, cream, and charcoal with elegant typography that matches the SET + STIR logo. A full-width Runway-generated brand film establishes the atmosphere, while approved Crystal portraiture, cocktail imagery, and restrained layouts give the site a considered hospitality presence.
The information architecture follows the same discipline. Five launched pages give visitors distinct routes into the experience, weddings, private events, and corporate events. Service explanations, Crystal’s hospitality background including Hotel Emma, planning steps, FAQs, and repeated inquiry CTAs let a visitor move from first impression to practical fit without losing the tone of the brand.

Designed for the moment the plan moves to mobile

Mobile was treated as part of the experience, not a cleanup pass. Navigation reduces to a focused menu, sections compose vertically at full width, and the hierarchy remains legible as the page moves from the service story to the event-planning path.
The captured mobile view retains Plan Your Event rather than treating the primary action as desktop-only. It gives a host room to understand the offer, keep their place in the page, and begin sharing details when ready.
SEO built around how people plan an event
SET + STIR’s search structure is built around visible mechanisms: descriptive page titles and meta descriptions; dedicated routes for private events, wedding bar service, and corporate event bar service; San Antonio and surrounding-community context; and FAQ content that addresses planning questions. The site includes canonical and Open Graph metadata, plus Organization, Person, WebSite, WebPage, and Service structured data.
Those elements are intended to give search systems clearer entity, service, location, and question-and-answer context, including future-facing technical context for AI-driven result experiences. The work remains rooted in information a prospective host can use on the site itself.
Launch foundations, verified
SET + STIR launched as a five-page site. Responsive layouts, navigation, image loading, and video playback were checked across desktop and mobile presentations. Inquiry email delivery and private inquiry logging passed project acceptance checks.
GA4 page views and the Google Search Console connection were verified. All five pages were indexed in Google on September 22, 2026, marking a dated launch milestone.
Built for a considered inquiry
Service paths
The site gives weddings, private events, and corporate events distinct routes, helping a visitor begin from the kind of gathering they are planning.
Useful event details
The sourced inquiry form captures occasion, guest count, date, city, location, and planning preferences before the business begins a proposal conversation.
Review before submitting
The form exposes a review step, giving a host a chance to check the details they shared before sending an inquiry.
The conversion goal
The goal is to move qualified visitors from a clear understanding of the service to an event inquiry with useful planning context. The page directs hosts to Plan Your Event, then provides a staged form for event details and a review step before they submit.
Launch and infrastructure acceptance checks are documented here; rankings, AI Overview citations, attribution, conversion lift, traffic growth, and bookings are not represented.
Next-stage work includes measuring which searches produce inquiries, adding authentic client reviews and event stories, completing Google Business Profile verification, refining signature drink details, and considering future calendar booking.
Start with a sharper digital front door
If your service deserves a more premium presentation and a clearer path to the next conversation, Pork Pixel can help build the website around both.
